    If you do not receive emails from VRM Properties, please check your spam/junk folder. All emails sent from VRM Properties are from the email address: no-reply@vrmproperties.com. Whitelist this email address to ensure that emails are delivered promptly.

Finding a Property


  • Who can I contact if I have questions about a specific property?
    To get more information regarding a specific property, please get in touch with the Listing Agent. The Listing Agent's contact information is located in the "Brokerage / Agent Information" section of the Property Detail page.
  • How can I find a property using its Property ID?
    To find a property based on its Property ID, follow these steps:
    1. Visit the Home Page.
    2. Click on the Search by Property ID radio button next to the search bar.
    3. Enter the Property ID and press the Enter key or click on the Search button.

Making an Offer on a Property


  • How do I make an offer on a property?
    To make an offer on a property, follow these steps:

    NOTE: Buyers must have an agent of their choice enter the offer.

    1. The buyer’s agent is required to register as a Real Estate Agent. If you have already registered as an agent, you may login to your account.
    2. 2. Locate the property on which you want to make the offer by entering the property address or property ID.
    3. Click the "Start an Offer" button at the top of the Property Detail page.
    4. Follow the instructions on the offer entry wizard to enter and submit your offer.
  • Am I required to upload any documents when submitting an offer on a property?
    No. Uploading documents is not part of the offer entry and submission process.
  • How do I respond to a counteroffer from the seller?
    If the seller decides to counter your offer, the Listing Agent will contact you directly to facilitate the offer negotiation.
  • How do I accept an offer from the seller?
    If the seller accepts your offer, the Listing Agent will contact you directly with instructions on receiving and executing the sales contract.
  • Can I submit my offer through the Listing Agent?
    The preferred method to submit an offer is through the VRMProperties website.
  • What is required to submit an offer on a property?
    The following information is required to submit an offer:
    1. Agent Brokerage Information
    2. Buyer Information
    3. Buyer Affiliation Information
    4. Offer Financial Details
    5. Closing Information

    IMPORTANT: If the Seller selects your offer, the Sales Contract will be generated using the data entered into the website. To avoid delays executing the Sales Contract, please enter data as you want it to appear on the Sales Contract.
  • Where can I view my offers?
    To view your offers please click here or follow these steps:
    1. Log in to your account.
    2. Visit the My Dashboard page.
    3. Click the Offers menu. (only visible if you have a RE Agent account)


    Note: If you do not see all of your offers, check the Filters as your offers may be excluded if you have filters applied.
